@ferrazzi Small highly involved teams clearly win in innovation, especially when starved resources and MUST innovate to survive and deliver. Nothing exemplifies more than the auto/EV space where SPACs failed drunk with capital spent foolishly and big auto tough to navigate out of paradigms

What does the future of work look like in 2025 and beyond? It's something I'm thinking a lot about and talking with CHROs, CIOs, and CEOs from some of the most innovative companies in the world about. Here are the 4 shifts I believe we need to make:
