@eskimo_sparky @Skigod @Qantas Hi @Qantas mine is the other bag with @Skigod I have been trying to no avail. I even called the Baggage Services no. to be told it didn’t exist anymore and was transferred admittedly to a helpful call centre person. I have the exact location of the bag as it has an air tag.

I left Heathrow on QF2 on Tuesday. My bike wasn’t loaded, despite me alerting @Qantas staff that it was still in the terminal along with a mate’s bike. Four days later … crickets. It’s still there. Hasn’t moved.

@Philip_Gomes @al_hinds Mine tastes exactly like freedom and I’ve had AZ. Imagine what Pfizer tastes like 😋Agree Al, mandate vaccines.

Why is it controversial to mandate people to take vaccines? I’m not optionally allowed to comply with lockdowns, so why are they allowed to implicitly hold up the rest of us?

Norman Swan was just on the Project noting how much softer the NSW is than Victoria's which came complete with curfews and all the rest - and I am happy to go with his expertise.
Ben Pobjie@HartWexford

@Peter_Fitz Peter…we are doing the same things as Victoria did. Why do you only listen to one side on this? I lived through Melbourne last year and Sydney this year. The lockdowns are the SAME

@hughriminton @GladysB @10NewsFirst From the same Gladys who said "we've been doing the heavy lifting by keeping the virus at bay". Yet there is still no containment measure in place. Strange "heavy lifting" and "at bay".

BREAKING: NSW Premier @GladysB will recommend to National Cabinet that other states give up their vaccine doses to prioritise Western and SW Sydney. The Sydney outbreak she says is now a “threat to other states” and a “national emergency.”@10NewsFirst

@Madheiner Absolutely disgraceful and the silence of the Olympic omertà on clear display. Nice to see an Olympian calling it out.

@david_3vans As a stand alone occurrence, sure. But NSW is presently in lockdown where front line/aged care workers are not vaccinated. Where the lockdown is due completely to this. And with a national shortage for Pfizer. This isn't "whinging about everything" 😂

@David_Tarbotton Probably need to include explanation Tarby. For example, Stu has according to the site withdrawn from both the 5k and 10k and there are many middle distance Aussies in both by qualifying time and world ranking.

The QLD chief medical officer right now has indicated she’d much rather have people under 40yo unvaccinated and contract Covid than to have them get AstraZeneca. Because of rare blood clots. This is not a polemical question: Has the public health establishment lost the plot?

@N_Squillari A fellow ‘Deep Birchy’ resident 🙌 I’m 100% in agreeance with her. When will the shit show end? 4.0% vaccinated. Complete failure.

Was chatting to my sister in London last night and she told me two interesting things: 1. People laugh at her when she tells them how many cases it takes to trigger a lockdown here. 2. Most adults she knows have had COVID-19. Not the vaccine, the disease.

If we’re not allowed to say “you’ve got this, Victoria” because it’s naff and it’s been done, what might you permit us by way of encouragement?

@mjrowland68 Victorians treating anyone with a sniffle or sore throat like a criminal is a pretty good deterrent to coming forward. Your tweet is case in point @mjrowland68

@N_Squillari What I came to realise during my few days in Melbourne 3 weeks ago is that anyone with a cold or sniffle is treated like a criminal. No wonder people are reticent to come forward.

There is. Quite a simple one. If said person is on minimum wage with no sick pay there is now no 'stay a home's safety net. And while I'm not condoning their actions it's pretty easy to envisage a situation of why people will continue to work while ill.
