YC apps are due in 3 days I got the opportunity to get my application ROASTED by a YC S13 alum and here are my notes Thought this might be helpful Quick context of what we are building: -> Non invasive blood sugar monitor for people with prediabetes -> Hardware plus software AI app to help reverse and prevent the condition What worked well: -> Clear product framing: X for Y -> iOS app in beta with 20 users -> Hardware proof of concept completed -> Technical co-founders -> Custom PCB and BOM created Weakest areas: -> no paying customers -> no validated willingness to pay -> GTM was not mentioned at all -> no clear acquisition channels -> no regulatory plan -> no manufacturing plan -> founders not full time -> how will you make money not explained properly -> derisk for hardware not mentioned Main takeaways: -> Early MVP alone is not good enough -> Prove that people would pay to use it -> Distribution plan should be mentioned You have to prove you are a "hacker" but not only about hacking the tech, but hacking ways to go to market faster, get customers and run a business. Thanks .@GJarrosson for this :) it made a huge improvement on our application

You can rank #1 in ChatGPT in 45 days (not 12 months like Google SEO) ChatGPT handles 2.5 billion searches daily and will overtake Google by 2027. I reverse-engineered exactly how to do it (giving away the full playbook at the end). Here's what changes when you rank #1 in AI search: - Your brand gets recommended when people ask "What's the best [your category]?" - You show up in comparison requests against competitors - ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini cite YOUR content as the authority - You capture buyers BEFORE they even visit Google - Your content gets seen by people who never click traditional search results The difference between AI search and traditional SEO: Traditional SEO: 12-18 months, domain authority aging, endless backlink building AI search: 30-45 days, content freshness, structured data, and expertise Companies already winning with this playbook: Deepgram: 24x traffic in 60 days Webflow: 40% traffic lift in DAYS Chime: 3x AI citations in under a month They're not doing traditional SEO anymore. They cracked AI search while everyone else is still optimizing for Google. Inside the playbook: - How to audit your current AI visibility across all platforms - The 7 ranking factors AI prioritizes (completely different from Google) - Content formats that get cited 10x more than generic articles - How to reverse-engineer competitors dominating AI search - The refresh strategy that keeps you ranked (not just published) This is the exact system brands like Webflow and Klaviyo are using to dominate AI recommendations. And you can start implementing it today. Follow + comment "SEARCH" and I'll DM you the complete playbook.

I just found an app that builds n8n workflows from plain English in under 30 seconds. No coding. No webhook debugging. No "let me check the docs." Just: "Build me a lead enrichment system with email validation and CRM updates" → Done. Deployed. Working. I tested it with my team: Junior marketer (zero tech experience): Built a content automation system in 4 minutes that agencies quote $8K for. The app has real-time n8n documentation baked in. It knows every node, every integration, every edge case. Your $12K consultant is probably using this and charging you enterprise prices. I'm not gatekeeping it. Follow me and comment "BUILD" below. I'll DM you the link + 3 workflows you can deploy today. The automation game just changed forever.

Claude + Facebook Ads MCP is legitimately insane 🤯 This MCP integration turns Claude into a full-stack ads analyst. Generates complete client reports with one prompt. Perfect for agencies & e-comm brands buried in Facebook Ads Manager data. The problem: Building client reports manually is brutal. You're exporting CSVs, calculating metrics, creating charts, formatting slides, all for data that's outdated by the time you finish. This Claude MCP setup solves it: → Direct connection to your Facebook Ads account → Pull any performance data with natural language prompts → Auto-calculates ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates → Generates visual charts and breakdowns instantly → Creates formatted reports with insights + recommendations → All built in real-time from a single prompt No manual exports. No spreadsheet wrestling. No outdated reports. What you can generate: → Account-level performance summaries → Campaign and ad set breakdowns → Demographic and placement analysis → Custom date ranges and comparisons → Actionable optimization recommendations Built with Claude MCP. Want the complete setup guide? > Comment "MCP" > Like this post And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

@paulg That is a pure evil, to attack innocent civilians, rape them, torture them and then be shielding yourself with kids just to get this sort of footage posted. Let’s not forget what started it and why it resulted in this. #freegazafromhamas

@mattturck I think it’s a little bit over generalized. We are a living example of that. We’re a marketplace that connects restaurants with local influencers and content creators. Paid social works amazing for us with $32/CPL. Email marketing also works great in the restaurant tech, $25/CPL

Marketing that doesn't work for B2B startups: * paid social * ads * email marketing campaigns * gated white papers * endless website rebuilds What works: * CEO as chief marketer * genuine, original social presence * relentless content production * smaller in person events (dinners etc) * online smale scale events (webinars!) A lot of B2B marketers (CMO, VP Marketing etc) surprisingly seem to be stuck in that first world

Jeffrey A Tucker@jeffreytucker

Here is the federal government org chart. Observe what the president controls vs. what the judiciary controls. These are executive agencies the actions of which only the president is held responsible.
