MCFC whilst I'm waiting for WW3
Appalling news this morning. My thoughts are with the victims who are now in critical care. Last week Zack Polanski said there is a discussion to be had about whether the rampant antisemitism we’re seeing has merely created a "perception of unsafety". It is real and it is violent. In the last few months Synagogues have had bricks throw at them. Ambulances set on fire. School kids assaulted. And today two Jewish people stabbed in the street. It won’t be stopped unless it is rooted out by every section of our society and the perpetrators are properly punished.
The Guardian: Even tho a bakery which had a Jewish founder is a British business (technically, we guess), it’s clearly an act of aggression for a Jew-store to open near a salt-of-the-earth independently owned Palestinian cafe. theguardian.com/commentisfree/…

Saturday’s policing operation is well underway. Officers are at the form up of the Palestine Coalition protest in Russell Square and in Parliament Square ahead of the anticipated protest in support of Palestine Action.
