This upgrade is essential for enhancing the quality of our banking services provided to our customers, and as soon as we became aware of any disruption, we immediately contacted the affected customers to explain that a dedicated team was diligently working to restore the impacted services as quickly as possible.

@DIBsupport we have been having this back and forth from June 28th to date..When are you finallt going to adress my concerns?Why is DIB not taking this seriously and making their customers lives difficult?3 months about the same concern????
