According to @DoorDash this is "an image of the delivery, proving the order was delivered" This image, of a house in broad daylight with nothing at the door, showed proof of an 8pm delivery of food. Bonus: Door Dash also states that we did not communicate with them about this.

Good to see tip transparency for gig workers being enforced! This time with Amazon Flex.@AGKarlRacine (DC attorney General) is a leader on this. His team also did the 2020 lawsuit against DD for similar tip stealing. oag.dc.gov/release/ag-rac…

Here's the problem with this whole employee vs independent contractor thing: There's no law saying "this is when you're an employee and when you aren't." All we have are interpretations, and interpretations of interpretations. IRS, DOL, and states have different interpretations
