Hello MULTI/DEX 🔥 Should DFINITY release the most powerful DeFi application the world has ever seen? What's cool about it? Here are some factoids, the craziest at the end: 1. It runs on an ICP cloud engine (soon everyone can have one) and is 100% network resident and tamperproof. 2. It is genuinely multi-chain, with no bridging hassles for users (users can deposit straight into their accounts, and withdraw directly, from the native chains of tokens). 3. It is order book based, but also provides a traditional swap interface, which swaps arbitrary assets by routing across the underlying markets. 4. It supports both spot trading, and margin trading that lets traders go long and short with leverage. 5. It has an AMM (Automated Market Maker) that uses Internet Computer outcalls to determine outside prices, then delayed matching against AMM limit orders to prevent arbitrageurs draining liquidity, as can occur with traditional DEXs providing swaps. 6. The AMM maintains a unified liquidity vault, and doesn't need two liquidity pools for every trading pair, providing outstanding capital efficiency and liquidity compared with traditional DeFi systems. 7. Users can earn by depositing into the AMM Vault, and into an insurance pool that protects the vault from margin calls that fail to recover all capital (the insurance pool gets 5% of all liquidations). 8. MULTI/DEX runs on the decentralized Internet Computer network, and is 100% open source — unlike HyperLedger, say, which remains closed source, and has an single-purpose architecture closer to federated CEX hosted on a symmetric cluster of federated servers. 9. If we go ahead, we would propose that MULTI/DEX runs as part of the Internet Computer, in the sense it is controlled and updated by the NNS (The Internet Computer's Network Nervous System, the world's largest and most sophisticated DAO, which directly orchestrates and updates the network) providing unparalleled levels of autonomy, transparency, and security. 10.... and this is the BIG ONE... its backend is built using the latest Motoko language framework (soon to be released) that puts AI *inside* of its software. That means, in another seminal inventive step from DFINITY and Caffeine Labs technology teams, that AI can see, browse and query the realtime data inside the app/dapp's persistent memory and can create and execute ad hoc queries and update logic on-the-fly (subject to permissions). So, while for much of the time traders will be using the traditional UX shown in the pic, increasingly, they will be interacting with the exchange through AI chats that have the "Internet Computer Connector" MCP installed (soon to be released). On the one hand, traders will be able to use chat to ask for simple things, like current spot pricing and market depth, and the likely slippage on a spot market order, and for orders to be submitted, but on the other, for much more demanding things that require the AI to execute ad hoc functionality, such as "Look at my positions and margin pools, and rebalance them to give me more blended market exposure, while also adjusting for risks indicated by social media coverage of forthcoming market events, but wait for my approval of your plan before proceeding." This is a lot to take in, so I'm aiming to get a new demo video out ASAP that will demonstrate what's possible with this AIware, which will include MULTI/DEX — should be about a week!! Btw. for those wondering what might be the big picture beyond what I just described with MULTI/DEX: At DFINITY, we are in the process of transforming ourselves into an "agentic organization," where all our existing apps/SaaS is replaced by custom on-demand apps/SaaS running on cloud engines that are created and updated by AI. Of course, these on-demand apps/SaaS are being built using the new technology described that automatically puts AI inside and provides users with fluid functionality via chat. The totality of the apps/SaaS represents an enterprise "World Model," which incorporates as much of the enterprise's data as possible, enabling AI to perform incredibly powerful analyses and actions — when you see this is in action, you can't unsee what you saw, because it's clearly a huge leap beyond the status quo of today's tech, which is exactly what the Internet Computer project is about. This wraps up our new technology stack, created by leaning on unique aspects of "The Network is The Cloud" paradigm, and years of work, and what, together with cloud engines, will finally enable the Internet Computer to strike out into the massive mainstream cloud technology market.

Quarterly Revenue for $SOL dropped 99.49% since Q4 24 ➡️from $197.2M to under $1 M. To be fair, their expenses dropped as well but SOL still managed to amass $4.4B in losses in 2025. Ayaan Hirsi Ali - let’s talk a bit about her. She is one of the most courageous voices of our time. She was born in 1969 in Mogadishu, Somalia, into a strict Muslim family. As a young girl, she was subjected to female genital mutilation. She grew up between Saudi Arabia, Ethiopia, and Kenya under a strict Islamic upbringing. In 1992, she fled to the Netherlands to escape an arranged marriage - she jumped off a train in Europe and applied for asylum. There, she learned Dutch, earned a degree in political science, and began working with integration. She lost her faith in Islam. She became an atheist, and later converted to Christianity in 2023. She saw clearly how Islam oppresses women - forced marriages, honor killings, female genital mutilation, polygamy, and the total lack of freedom. In 2004, she made the short film Submission together with Theo van Gogh. The film showed violence against women in Islam. Shortly after, Theo van Gogh was murdered in broad daylight in Amsterdam by a radical Muslim. A threat against Ayaan was left pinned to his chest: she was next. She received death threats for years. She had to live under police protection. She was elected to the Dutch parliament for the Liberal Party, where she fought for Muslim women’s rights and against the illusions of multiculturalism. She has written books such as Infidel, Nomad, and Heretic, where she directly criticizes the core of Islam - not just “extremism,” but the ideology itself. Today, she lives in the United States, married to historian Niall Ferguson, and continues her work, among other things through her foundation (AHA Foundation). She warns the West about mass immigration from Muslim countries, parallel societies, and the self-deception that claims Islam can be reformed without confronting its texts and history. Like Salman Rushdie, Ayaan Hirsi Ali has paid a high price for speaking the truth. Rushdie was hunted for a book. She was hunted for showing the reality of her own life and the lives of millions of Muslim women. She is not “Islamophobic.” She is a former Muslim who has seen the system from the inside and refuses to stay silent. She points to the uncomfortable truth: that Western values such as freedom of speech, gender equality, and individual liberty are incompatible with classical sharia Islam. Ayaan Hirsi Ali is a living example of why the Enlightenment is still worth defending. She risked her life to say what most people don’t dare: that the problem is not only “extremists,” but a religion that, at its core, oppresses women and rejects criticism. She deserves respect from all of us - not because she is “controversial,” but because she refuses to lie in order to be politically correct. I’m writing this through a connection so small it feels like a crack in the window. 99% of the country can’t even get online that’s why you don't see videos or images from inside. In Tehran and Karaj, every time people hear an explosion, they cheer from their windows and rooftops. They chant slogans and celebrate because another terrorist base of the regime has been hit. A group of left wing basement dwellers tried to ruin our Restore Britain launch event last night by block-booking tickets with no intention of showing up. We found their Facebook group organising it all, and matched all the names on that to their tickets. Quite simple at that stage to mark them off, and keep on selling to genuine attendees. Ending up with an incredible turnout. The socialists were all very generous with their donations - hundreds of tickets were bought. It’s sincerely appreciated. They bought a few rounds for the team. Cheers lads!

Sometimes I feel like I joined crypto in December 2024 and put all my savings into crypto. After that, 2025 was a terrible year. In the beginning, it was fun, then it was like a trench phase. I was expecting good moves, but what we got was dip after dip after dip. Now it's 2026, and the market is creating daily lows. It took my time, efforts, peace, and friends—everything. Then I made my portfolio, but it took only four weeks, and I'm seeing my portfolio completely destroyed. A few days ago, my Phantom wallet got hacked, and now the market is bleeding. Sometimes I feel, "Why did I get into crypto? What did I gain from crypto?" Other than losses? Nothing. Genuinely nothing. I started crypto with $2000-$3000, and currently, my portfolio is down 90%. The worst part is that I'm seeing my portfolio being cooked 24/7, and I'm unable to average my holdings.😫📉

This would be “news” if I hadn’t published a paper in *December 2024* pointing out that: 1) the list at the time was probably full of errors (Hamas agreed and deleted thousands of entries a few months later) and “70% women and children” was drivel; 2) Hamas overall totals were historically about right; 3) IDF killed combatant estimates were historically about right, and Hamas always hides combatant deaths during conflict and acknowledges them weeks/months later.
