Lots of interest in our Dying Matters stall at Harefield Hospital supported by the Palliative Care team. Inviting people to talk about the elephant in the room by writing down words they fear using or hearing about death and dying. Well done team HH.

A life-saving heart transplant allowed @RBandH patient Andy to spend Christmas at home with his family. 💙 In 2023, he and his wife Jenny will be renewing their wedding vows in Harefield, led by one of the hospital’s chaplains. 💒 rbht.nhs.uk/news/heart-tra…

The gift of health, a family Christmas and hope for the future 🫀 Andy received a heart transplant at Harefield Hospital in October and is now looking forward to living life to the fullest, starting with grandad duties on Christmas Day. Read more: bit.ly/AndyTransplant
