I have absolutely no idea how to teach someone to play Sudoku during onboarding. There’s a help guide in Settings… but let’s be honest, nobody reads that. 😅 I keep getting reviews like this, so clearly I need a better first-game experience. How would you solve it?

Not every day Apple invites you to a workshop at their London office. 🥹 So I'm doing what any reasonable indie dev would do: packing light and pretending my hands aren't slightly shaking. Perfect timing too. We're deep into shaping @FitWoody_Camp 3.0, and a day talking to Apple's engineers beats a month of guessing.

How do you start a new app project? Do you just spin up a local folder with a random placeholder name and deal with the renaming nightmare later? Maybe you create a Git repo with that same random name, link it, and commit to renaming everything at launch? Or do you absolutely refuse to touch a line of code or Git until the final name is locked in? How messy is your Developer folder right now? Be honest.
