California Dem let a Biden +5/Trump +8/Prop 50 +4 50% Hispanic district in the central valley go unopposed

Americans are struggling to pay for groceries and gas while Elon Musk becomes a TRILLIONAIRE. When the federal government is for sale, the rich get richer and everyone else gets shafted. The system is rigged.

2024 (Trump) to 2026 (Primary Rs) shift by congressional district in the San Joaquin Valley

Trump used the Defense Production Act to illegally revive a dirty offshore drilling platform and now brags to have increased oil production. The problem…Since then: 📈CA gas prices INCREASED +10% 📈US gas prices INCREASED +16%

Decision Desk HQ projects Doris Matsui and Mai Vang win in the CA US House 7 Primary #DecisionMade: 7:31 PM EDT

The fact that California elections often can't be resolved for weeks is kind of insane and not common in other electoral systems around the world.

California congressional candidate Mai Vang declines to recite the Pledge of Allegiance. Sacramento City Councilmember Mai Vang, running in CA-7, has repeatedly chosen not to say the Pledge at public meetings and has turned away from the U.S. flag during the ceremony. She shared on social media that she uses the moment to reflect on America’s “injustices.” This is drawing criticism from veterans and others ahead of Memorial Day, with some questioning whether declining the Pledge aligns with serving in Congress. Shouldn’t members of Congress take pride in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance? 🇺🇸 (Video: AI)

I am deeply honored and grateful for the trust the voters of the 22nd Assembly District have placed in me. Thank you to my supporters, my team, and everyone across the district. Below is my full statement about running unopposed this year:

California Early Voting Now vs at this point in 2022 At this point in 2022: 🔵 54% 🔴 25% 🟡 21% (557K Voted) Now: 🔵 41% (-13) 🔴 37% (+12) 🟡 22% (+1) (725K Voted)

The Virginia Supreme Court has narrowly voted to overturn the will of the people, who voted for a new map to counter Trump’s gerrymandering. This is despite Republicans in the South moving to eliminate Black-majority districts without even a vote after the Supreme Court gutted the Voting Rights Act.
