After talking to 53 founders who were all “doing content”, I realized something was seriously off. Different niches. Different offers. Same 7 mistakes, every time: -Posting without a clear offer -Treating content like a task, not a system -Teaching nonstop but never selling -Being the bottleneck for every client and lead -Hiding from the camera -Sending cold DMs to a weak profile -Going into sales calls completely cold These 7 are the reason you can have “good content” and still 0 new clients from it. Yesterday I recorded a 16‑minute video breaking each mistake down, showing what it looks like in real life, and how to fix it so content actually turns into booked calls. Here is the link to the video: youtube.com/watch?v=i43JZK…

98.7% of Founders fail with content because of their approach to it... And this is why You might post here and there and think you will get more users, but you are DEEPLY wrong. It doesn't matter how good your post is, if you are posting once per week or month you will get forgotten easily. I was on a call with a founder yesterday and they mentioned to me that they were posting only twice per month and saw no results, and i went like... ONLY 2 times per month?? If you are not posting at least 4 times per week it's really easy to get forgotten in the content space, but there is more to this whole thing than just posting more. You need to have an exact strategy on posting and what formats to post, so if you have the exact system you can see rise of 300% in the first 2 weeks of implementing it. But don't worry i made a youtube video about it breaking down this exact system, check it below 👇 linktw.in/uSHZsE

my girl’s dad sat me down for “the talk” hands me a beer then pours a shot “So what do you do?” ahh here we go… “I run a done-for-you content marketing service.” “Marketing like… ads?” “no. content. we build the whole system for online offers.” he squints “System?” “yeah like: ideas (so you don’t stare at a blank notes app) scripts (so you don’t ramble) editing + posting + scheduling (so it actually gets out) and it’s all tied to a funnel (so it converts)” he’s still confused “So… you make TikToks?” “kinda. but the point isn’t views. the point is leads.” he laughs “People pay for that?” “yeah. because most founders and coaches treat content like a side quest.” “and you charge what?” “1.5k to 3k a month.” pause. he looks at my girl like I’m scamming her 😭 then he goes: “people really pay that?” “when they’re already doing 20k to 30k a month and they’re tired of being inconsistent… yeah.” silence. I take the shot. he still hasn’t touched his. “So… does it work?” “content makes outreach and ads hit harder because people check your profile before they trust you.” he pours me another shot. “you’re alright.” funny how that works. you say “content” and they think it’s a hobby. until they realize you’re building trust at scale.

People check your profile 3 to 5 times before they even THINK about buying from you. If your content is weak, inconsistent, or nonexistent, you lost them. You can have: The best offer Perfect outreach script Clean website But if your profile looks dead, they're gone 💀 Content isn't optional. It's the new business card.

Everybody says "post more videos" but nobody says make them interactive. Polls and quizzes in your Reels or Shorts? That's the 2026 cheat code. People don't watch. They play. Your turn rate triples when they tap. Skip passive content. Make 'em choose. Who still posts boring clips? 💀

your content is pre-qualifying people to never buy from you. You’re training 20k people to see you as “cool content person,” not “solution to my problem” person. No bro, that’s not awareness. That’s audience mispositioning. 😭 Here’s what actually happens: broad hooks → broad problems → broad followers broad followers → low urgency → low revenue per viewer low revenue per viewer → you need 1M views to make what a small, dialed-in account makes with 10k. The game isn’t “more views.” It’s “what type of person does this content attract by default?” Fix that, and 1k right views outperforms 100k random views.

Most copy creator trends instead of their offer. Build hooks around YOUR client pains. That's the system. Not edits. 🔥

Bad hooks: "Tips for growth" "My journey" Good ones: "Stop wasting 10h/week on Reels that flop" "Outreach sucks without this" Grab 'em by the pain.

How to make sure you fail in 2026 -see AI as a demon -don't post on any social media platform -always have ideas but never act on them -eat whatever your heart wants -always be scattered -don't go gym -never take responsibility for anything -always compare yourself If this is you right now then you need to change.

Everyone wants more leads. Nobody wants to become visible enough to deserve them. You want: • More calls • Higher trust • Warmer DMs But you won’t: • Show your face • Share real opinions • Repeat your message 100 times Visibility feels cringe at first. Invisibility is worse. Think about it?

Alex Hormozi said volume beats perfection. He’s right. But volume without positioning just makes you loud, not trusted. If your content: • Attracts beginners • Entertains peers • Confuses buyers You’ll get likes. Not clients. Content should filter, not impress.

90% of founders don’t have a content problem. They have a SYSTEM problem. You post when you feel inspired. You disappear when client work hits. You hope one post “goes viral.” That’s not strategy. That’s gambling. Real fix: • Clear niche angle • 3 core content pillars • Weekly repeatable structure • CTA tied to your offer Build once. Repeat for years. Reply “SYSTEM” and I’ll break mine down.

Don't chase viral hacks. Build a content SYSTEM that runs FOREVER. Most copy creators. Fail. You: Fit your offer. Thread on client acquisition for agencies:

People judge your content in 0.5 seconds They see the blurry camera and think "if his content looks like this, how does his work look?" Production quality is NOT optional anymore You don't need a $5K setup You need: Clean lighting Decent mic Sharp camera No messy background That's it Your offer might be incredible but if your content looks like trash, they'll never know

Met with a freelance marketer He wanted my help growing into an agency Started telling me about his business I cut him off before he could explain. "Raise your prices," I declared. He told me he'd double his prices. "Not enough. Raise. Your. Prices." We did a dozen more rounds of this. Eventually, I was happy with his new prices: $100 million for a brand identity consultation. $1 billion for a new website. $50 billion for a full brand redesign. Yes, these prices are high. But if Elon Musk or Jeff Bezos happens to land on his website, he'll be set for life. Lesson: Go big or go home.
