🚨 BREAKING NEWS: my non-compete is up!! & the ad agency model has done more harm than good, since I sold my ROAS-increasing, award-winning ad agency to private equity 4+ years ago. So, introducing: maxsmediabuyers.com

I’ve done $80M with affiliates. No marketing team. No agency. No employees. Just 100 creators × 30 posts = 3,000 pieces of content per month. • 20-25% commission.  • $800-$1k retainer.  • Use winners as ads.  • Gamify with leaderboards. I bootstrapped my own brand to $100M in 3 years using this exact playbook. I put together a 30-day affiliate scaling checklist for founders doing anywhere from $25k/mo to $1m/mo. It’s personalized to your exact stage & shows you exactly what’s the next step you should take.  Comment ‘Checklist’ and I’ll send it over.

Wanna master marketing? Like actually master it? Find a big direct-response brand. One that has a lot of Facebook ad running. Take a bunch of their ads and separate them into TOF-MOF-BOF. Identify the awareness levels of each ad. See the progression in awareness. See what each stage does with how the buyers see the problem/solution/brand product. Do this with three brands and you’re in the 1% of understanding direct response. The reason is simple. Nobody “has time for this nonsense”. Do you?

The fact there isn’t a big, easy AI output, static ad creator SaaS… charging like $2-$5 per static… Is such an insane missed opportunity for some cracked out vibe coder ad-native serial entrepreneur Everyone is chasing AI UGC When AI static is easier & also prints ROAS

At 23, I saw guys with $25M mansions and neon lambos, chained to a dashboard 18 hours a day..terrified one algorithm change would evaporate everything. Decided right there I wanted to be freedom rich, not luxury rich. That bet took years to pay off. 2025 was the most money I've ever lost in one year. Let close friends use my relationships and my reputation, and gave people reason to doubt what I spent years building. Multiple businesses and a kid later, I’m finally getting there. And this kind of conversation is something I’ve been wanting to speak on, in depth, for a long time. Now I’m finally getting the chance and I want to bring everyone in on it. It’s called Seasons. Deeper, more thoughtful ramblings on every season I’m in + some things I can’t always share on socials. Check it out below.

If you want to do affiliate commissions, listen carefully. I'm pulling $80K/month using nothing but AI animated avatars reviewing products — dropping 100+ videos a day on autopilot. No camera. No editing. No guesswork. Now stack that with full animated ads — claymation, Pixar, anime, Wes Anderson, Lego, you name it — generated end-to-end for a fraction of a cent each. I put together a complete guide with everything inside so you don't have to piece it together yourself. Follow & comment "AFF" — I'll DM you the playbook.

Has anybody recently introduced a subscription? My CPMs instantly increased, and CR dropped, so CPA massively increased. Subscription take rate is really, really good - around 70%, but due to not having LTV data yet, I don’t know to what extent to allow my CPA to be higher. Basically, it seems that FB instantly recognized that people are subscribing and is now giving me a higher CPA, because it knows that the customer is worth more to me.
