Meta’s performance has been declining for us since last Saturday… Ever since Iran got bobed, the pacing of ad spend is so strange… Will spend like 15% of our budget now at random hours, then drop back down to the norm - feels irrational Trying to figure out why 🤔 So far we ruled out creative fatigue and the other usual suspects… The only thing I can think of is to push some artificial feedbacks considering we had some hiccups during CNY and forgot to mark some SKUs out of stock so some orders were delayed 🫩 But most customers were compensated with free products, partial refunds, or just flat out cancellations with no push back whatsoever Sentiment is 95% positive within the brand’s community Quite puzzling 🧐 BER is 1.4(ish) so this is really not a huge deal, however I miss that consistent 2.2 to 2.4 ROAS
