Many have seen little return on their AgTech investment and have become more cautious so slowly we may get where we should have started, problem solving

@clovermad @LelyMidlands I see support for the labour issue coming from AI and smart solutions that makes the jobs more attractive and aligned with social life aspirations and also allows easier entry for new inexperienced staff and also copes with transient workforces @Optifarm

@Sarahbellagri An interesting statistic and one I commented on re livestock farming in a few talks in 2022, as you say its not a negative but is worth knowing as tech is developed for the sector, just think are dashboards and reports designed for that type of brain, I don't think so @Optifarm
