@Lennie333 @agordonICU how many pts received CPAP/optiflow for >24hrs before randomisation? CPAP etc normally given in our resp high care. When I&V admit to ICU. these patients then randomised to REMAP-CAP even if >24 hours of CPAP prior to admission to ICU. was this incorrect?
