[1/2] In functional connectomics, beware of potential artifacts due to effector leaks. In recent work with David Stern @TastekinIbrahim @DavidTadres, we document that false-positives can arise from the leaky expression of Chrimson: biorxiv.org/content/10.110…












[5/] Congrats again to the vision of my grad student @DavidTadres, who led this project because he wanted run screens with many closed-trackers presented here elifesciences.org/articles/06694. To make this possible, David found a way to reduce the production costs of each tracker by >100!
