Before #FIFA start pumping the propaganda tonight and telling us all how amazing this #WorldCup has been, let’s remember they oversaw: - highest ticket prices ever and took a cut from resale sites. - did nothing about Somalian referee and dozens of staff who were banned from entering the US for no legitimate reason. - stood by as Iran were forced to train outside the US and travel in on match days. - overturned red cards after phone calls with the president. - Americanised the beautiful game with hydration (TV) breaks and 25 mins half time in the final - guided Argentina through the tournament with less travel, VAR support and blatantly turning a blind due to their aggression and foul play.

@BrewersView @davidwt1997 get your point but look at how horrific some of the youth players weve taken off premier league clubs before, hard to get the right kind of character and phsyical player to compete in a relegation battle, think about hugill, ola adebomi . dodgson maybe the only exception

@JackBAFC Yeah for me I think we need an experienced back up for Addai, at least one CB, WB, one, maybe two midfielders (if Webster departs), and that all important Beesley replacement. Business has been smart both ways so far, just about bulking out the quality now

@JackBAFC Football fans being reactionary, can you imagine. I think reluctance to sell in Jan was more driven by the fact we only had 2 strikers in the squad until late in the window. he’s a talented but frustrating player, attitude will need to be better in League 1 for sure.
