@nyUol23 Great observation. When words outweigh action, innovation degrades into applause or systemic ingratiation for whoever can articulately deliver a convincing narrative and value shifts to “what sounds good” instead of “what’s really good”.

Had a discussion with one of my learned brother a few days ago, was impressed by how attentive to detail he was concerning our societal ideologies. Think of it this way, historically our societal ideologies have often conflated vocal charisma with intellectual authority. In most of our communities, the individual who speaks with the loudest with speech flow is instinctively crowned the most intelligent because they can articulate ideas in ways that resonate emotionally with the public, their leadership and wisdom go unquestioned. However, when you look at a closer analysis of behavioral patterns, this correlation is often superficial. There is a great classified segment of the population the "quiet" individual who possess immense cognitive depth but lack skill for public performance. Begs to question how much innovation and brilliance we’ve lost simply because our social filters are tuned only to those who speak the loudest!
