Here's the issue. Premier League clubs losses total well in excess of 1 billion, and if you ask fans and pundits if they want the spending reined in, they cry blue murder about not being able to compete with the biggest clubs. The Regulator needs to open fans eyes to the risk.

@top_tipz Agree. But for years the ball has only actually been in play 60-70 minutes, so make it 35 mins each way on the clock and I am there maybe with a restart limit from the time a player has the ball in hand.

I think the game would improve if we played 90mins. No more, no less. Ball goes out, player gets injured, clock stops. Ref has no say. No added time. Would eliminate time wasting and play acting massively. Countdown to 90mins would be magic if game was tight
