Before that LSC was going around asking colleges to be more ambitious (LSC directors wanted their bonuses). Still cost college about £8m in consultant and decant plan costs

Hey @virginmedia Over five hours on the phone and 20 different agents and you can’t sort out a simple list of requests. Is this how you treat all your so called VIP customers. @SkyUK do you think you could do better??

@virginmedia I have explained to about 20 of your agents and even after they tell me they will sort it they don’t.
