He needs energy to power up the AI implementation, hence he has adapted to a new priorities and ditched the problem ones .

Our first dolphin encounter in Piran Bay this year 🐬 Today, just off Piran, we encountered several familiar fins that Morigenos has been monitoring for many years. Among them were Galatea, Olaf, Natali, Neptun, Unagi, Saša, and many others. We have known some of these dolphins

@RewildScotland @NatureScot Unfortunately, we are increasing native pinewoods, but the capercaillie population continues to decline to perilous levels. Diversionary feeding is a useful strategy, but other options could be utilised in caper habitats - translocation (under licence), for example

@dawson_t @NatureScot How about allowing caper habitat to return by stopping burning the hills. Less bare grouse moor more native woodland. Oh and more diversionary feeding which has been successful. There is no way we will allow keepers to almost wipe out pine marten again.

We really need to have a sensible debate about the control of protected predators. On a Aberdeenshire sporting estate where I assist with game keeping, the increasing badger population has devastated ground nesting bird numbers ⁦@NatureScot⁩
