Yesterday @Radix lead by @timanrebel quietly crossed a line that almost no one in crypto has crossed before.
🚀 Over 800,000 SPS was reached in an open, public community test.
Not TPS.
SPS.
Here’s the simple difference:
•TPS = how many transactions are sent
•SPS = how many transactions are actually executed and finalized
SPS is what really matters. It’s real work getting done.
Why this is huge:
• the test was open – anyone could join
• it ran in messy, real conditions, not a sterile lab
• real cross-shard activity, real atomic swaps
• no special hardware, no single data center tricks
This wasn’t a marketing demo.
This was the network doing the work.
I honestly believe more than a few big players were watching this closely.
When real scalability shows up, people notice.
Radix’s time hasn’t arrived yet - but it’s clearly coming.
Now it’s just a matter of when, not if.
And yes… this is exactly the kind of moment many of us have been waiting years for.

Radix always so modest in comms. We hit 500k pool swaps per second sustained, peaking around 800k swaps/s.
A swap is way more complex than a simple native token transfer.
And all this on community hardware. You don't know what hamsters people throw in there.
