
It’s absolutely disgusting that @O2 have robbed me and my partner of £698 - and having been given countless opportunities to rectify the issue, they persistently refuse to do so.

@O2 last month I cancelled my contract with you - i was within the 14 days grace period of a new contract. At the time of cancellation I was told there would be no charges. On the 7th May I posted the device back to you and you received this on the 8th.
