How much does Boston care about health outcomes?AI compared with what? I commented @NEJM nejm.org/doi/10.1056/NE… that compared to not having expert human primary care immediately available, use of AI should be a considered alternative. Yet everyday Boston has serious automative acccidents where we know AI is imperfect but better on average than humans.
