@HackingDave yes, that's exactly what happened to me this week. I used it the same amount as last week when I didn't go over my limit. This week the limit ran out after three days and now I've spent 450 dollars in overage fees since Monday. There's no way they aren't overbilling.

@StephenKing Stephen, have you ever had a chance to read The Perils of Presidentialism by Juan Linz? It was written around 1990 and it talked about how Presidential democracies perform worse than Parliamentary democracies. It talked about the US as being an exception to the rule then.

We're aware people are hitting usage limits in Claude Code way faster than expected. Actively investigating, will share more when we have an update!

@lydiahallie I have tried multiple times to reach a human being about my overcharges. (Maxxed out in two days, then got charged 320 bucks in overages in two more days). I'm a heavy user, but never went over the previous weeks, this is definitely a bug. No help from Customer service.
