Quite the stretch for the middle of April! We could bang out 5 days with temps at 80 or above.

Our first day of warmth and humidity and it will likely end in a "boom" with thunderstorms that have the potential to be strong to severe. Timing from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday.

Summer-like warmth here in western Mass through most of the week, but if your travels bring you east it will be much cooler along the cost.

Cool, bright weekend followed by showers Sunday night into Monday. Monday is a transition day ahead of a summer preview next week as we make a run at 80+ for a few days.

Sunny, windy and cool for tomorrow's Greater Westfield Boys and Girls Club 1/2 Marathon, 10K and 5K road race. Don't forget the sunscreen!

A few showers later this evening as a cold front moves through. Best chance for showers between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m. Most will pick up less than 1/10th of inch of rain.

70 degrees with full sunshine, dew points in the 30's and a nice breeze. I'm not sure it gets much nicer than this!

A beautiful April afternoon!

Gusty breezes and low relative humidities prompting an elevated brush fire risk this afternoon and likely Friday as well.

Colorado State has issued their first Atlantic Hurricane Season forecast for 2026 and it is for a below average season...this is no surprise given the forecast for a strong El Nino to come on in the coming months.

A few showers Friday night with a cold front but the weekend looks nice with lots of sunshine. Highs near 60 over the weekend, pretty close to normal.

With low relative humidity, and breezy conditions there is an elevated brush fire risk tomorrow. Be extra careful if you're dealing with any flames or if you smoke. Any fire that starts has the potential to spread fast.

Dress warm if you are heading out for an early morning run! But a beautiful, sunny day ahead.
