Ever feel like you're watching a different sport? Morgan Rogers is a decent player but £117m?! I can't get my head around that. And upwardly mobile, brilliantly managed #avfc forced to sell him because of arbitrary UEFA financial rules that favour the chaos of #cfc, who have had several strategies, failed managers and finished 13 points and 6 places lower than them. How is anyone supposed to compete long-term when this is going on? The game at this level is broken

@GPlaza85 He won’t get away with it under any other manager, career turning point for him this.

@dbtw He had a really bad spell but Emery backed him. There was one game last season where he list the ball over 35 times (can't think which game it was) and was dreadful. Do that for some teams and all of a sudden your career is taking a different turn.

Any Villa fan disappointed by the Rogers deal to Chelsea?

@GPlaza85 Said the same, without Emerys freedom to lose the ball so much this could go either way. Absolutely superb business for us and will set us up for the short and long term future
