Justice is finally coming for these thugs... "Today's charges reflect an important milestone in our efforts to seek accountability for the harms inflicted on our community during Operation Metro Surge," said Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty. "Our community is still navigating the effects of the federal occupation. I drew daily inspiration from the courage of Minnesotans and the care that they showed for each other during Metro Surge." The arrest warrant has been issued for Agent Greg Morgan on two second-degree assault charges. The incident in question occurred in February, when Morgan was allegedly driving a rented unmarked SUV illegally on the shoulder of the road.
