I'm just in from an anonymous source at the NYPD . Pro hamas and Pro Palestinians protesters and rioters are planning to riot on New Years Eve in NYC. My source stated that the rioters are planning to stress out the cities resources. Keep in mind every new year's the threat level is elevated due to terriost threats. Anytime a young CRE broker quits the business because they say they "ran out of money", here is my reply; "You didn't run out of money, you ran out of people who believe in you." If you are a young professional and are the first one in, last one out, have a positive attitude and are super coachable, I speak for both myself any other established CRE professional will never let you walk out that door due to financial reasons. We will always find a way to make it financially work. Great teammates can be hard to find. And if you are at a company or on a team that doesn't, and those work attributes accurately describe you, call me ;)
