I spent years doing what a lot of engineers do: building quietly, overthinking, starting projects, switching directions, chasing “the next thing.”
At the same time, I was diagnosed with MS.
That diagnosis changed how I think about health, energy, work, and what actually matters.
Instead of staying stuck behind a screen 24/7, I started running. Eventually I ran a marathon. Then a 50k ultramarathon.
Now I’m balancing:
Software engineering
Application security
CISSP prep
Family
Endurance training
Follow if you’re into practical engineering insights, consistent growth, and trying to build without burnout.
