@lucyxwilliams 'should' be able to sell,I've RM no issues last year, dependent on Lenders. Insurance premiums still an issue for B1 - ours in uninsured! 100-300%+ rise not unheard of. All depends on who handles that side. May impact PAS9980 and future FRAs tho.

@LiamSpender Thanks a lot! This is the best assessment I have read. A question about ‘B1’ rating. No remediation works are needed under gov guidance yet our insurance premium went up by £200k per year. Sub 18m block, built in 2017. Is there a way to get the developer to be responsible?

5/17 It seems there is still no financial help for buildings below 11 metres. Nor will there be any help for anyone who has already paid for cladding or non-cladding defects. This is a serious issue.

@LKPleasehold @mtpennycook Do you have a view on what will happen to those with "b1" rating? "no remedial works needed" yet we pay £200k/year for insurance premium because of "high risk" (2017 newbuild in london). Is "b1" the new loophole for developers to get out of responsibility?

Been exposed to COVID for 6 days now, in isolation with 2 symptomatic positive kids. My gf & I keep testing negative, no major symptoms, just tiredness and “off” for 4 days now. Any other double vaxxed experienced similar? Feels like my body is reacting but not getting “ill”.

Nicole was a dear neighbour. Her kids play with my dog and help train her. The most wonderful little humans. The world indeed feels insanely bleak and meaningless right now. We’ve been working hard to raise some money for the kids and I would appreciate if you consider helping

First experience using @OpenRent as a landlord, completely blown away! 6 offers from 10 viewings within 4 days of posting the ad. More importantly, all tenant applicants were absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to deal with (completely opposite of real estate agencies).
