@ThomasK34081170 @porridgeorge While I agree a VCT ban would have felt more fair because it acknowledges the true effect (no T1 for now), a ban based on VCT rules would „only" prevent him from competing. But because he repeatedly broke TOS the goal of the ban is to prevent him from playing the game alltogether

@ddfuiml @porridgeorge i feel like if thats the case they should have just banned him from vct / vcl for one year. it its only cuz hes a pro than keep it for pro only or just ban everyone who slurs in ranked so i dont have to hear 50000 slurs everytime i tell somebody to rotate

respectfully this is ludicrous, how has a kid like this ended up with a 12 month ban in the twilight of his career but ranked players can say whatever & not even receive a 3 day ban? this is an unbelievable decision what the fuck???
you can say “maybe they’re making an example out of him” but then you’ll see 10x worst behaviour in your own ranked games that go completely unbanned. 12 MONTHS??? this shit is so backwards i’m actually baffled.
genuinely what an unbelievable decision. there are far more pressing matters riot could apply these kind of bans both in ranked but more importantly in the competitive ecosystem. there’s so many things that need to be looked at & consequences administered over things like this, especially to this degree. 12 MONTHS???

0-2 @KRUesports. Not how I pictured my comeback performance and I’m sorry to the fans for this opener. My mouse wouldn’t connect to the practice room PCs at all, and we were told by Riot there were other tech issues that took priority so it wasn’t able to be solved before going to stage. Unfortunately on stage there was another tech issue which resulted in us getting 60 seconds in the practice range before going live. The only 60 seconds I had a usable mouse since arriving to the arena. I can and will work on being able to perform better in any conditions, and I’m sorry I wasn’t able to adjust enough in time to make it count for today. Next week I’m arriving to Riot 6 hours early so no excuses. You’ll see a better version of me and us
