Just came back from the #AlienRomulus special preview (thank you @20thcentury for the invite), this is probably the first great "Alien" film since "Aliens", goes back to the basics and combines the horror elements of Alien with the action elements of the sequel. Full review soon!

Just saw a special preview of #InsideOut2. It's the best Pixar film since Toy Story 4, and on par with the first Inside Out film, and even exceeds it in areas. A full #review is coming after the embargo expires early Thursday (Australia time).

@OrrShayne @ERCboxoffice And not having enough hard core Mad Max fans isn't strange because it's now almost 40 years since the last Mel Gibson film. Other than Fury Road, Mad Max has never been a box office sure hit relatively. Thunderdome made less money than Pee-wee's Big Adventure back in 1985.

@OrrShayne @ERCboxoffice Fury Road did appeal more to casual film fans via word of mouth because it was a standalone film and was a historic action thrill ride, whereas this one is much more for the true Mad Max fans that want the back stories and context. There just aren't enough fans left.

Max is so very, very mad about this. WB’s FURIOSA is but an ember at the box office—landing outside the Top 5 as it dropped another -61% with $4.2M in just its 3rd weekend, $58.7M total.
