@FatherChrisVor1 What history have we recast? Be very specific as you are making a historical claim, not a religious one

@Santo_Andyroo @FatherChrisVor1 Yup. The laziest form of anti-morm'ing has to be the most cliche'd "they're a cult!" But the more insufferable Chris-types often throw in the passive/aggressive requisite "but we love you!" after they call us brain-dead robots. Amirite, Chris? 🙏

Mormons are amazingly dishonest about their faith. They say that the papyri Joseph Smith translated was destroyed in the Chicago Fire, when in fact a large portion of it was recovered undamaged. Enough of it was recovered, in fact, for us to determine two very specific things about it: 1) It was an ancient copy of an egyptian scroll we have other copies of. 2) We know that it was a funeral scroll, and that Smith's translation was bogus - such to the point that even the LDS church now says that Smith didn't literally translate the document, but offered a "spiritual translation."

It's wild that Matt Fradd was in the room for Jacob Hansen's Boom of Mormon debate and still says "there is zero archeological evidence for the Book of Mormon" in this article. FYI @RealMattFradd: "Evidence I don't accept" ≠ "No evidence"

Praying the rosary while calling Latter-day Saints cultists is wild. My brother in Christ, you’re repeating the same prayer 50+ times with beads in your hand. Maybe sit this one out.

@dds_dave @Salt_n_Smoke @Rultpwr Which accounts? The ones that later said they only saw the plates with spiritual eyes? Or the one where the guy had his own visions as well, but they disagreed with Smith’s visions, so Smith said he was working for Satan. 😂 It only gets worse from there.

@3ringTruthBack @Salt_n_Smoke @Rultpwr I already know that you don’t know because you said “accounts.” The account is from John A Clark who interviewed someone who said that Martin saw them with “the eye of faith.” So someone reported that someone said that Martin said… this is your best evidence Meanwhile
