Code Veronica is more of a main series game than 3 is. 3 was developed as a small stakes spinoff and was originally called “Resident Evil 1.9”. It’s only named 3 because Capcom knew it’d sell more that way.
For all intents and purposes. Code Veronica is actually Resident Evil 3.

I believe those forms only exist so Goku could be in "base" at the end of Z, with Beyond God or even TUI. They might abandon connecting with EoZ at this point.

Goku was born with a power level of 2. Broly was born so strong scouters couldn’t read it properly. Goku currently stomps Broly.
Goku would’ve died in the woods if he didn’t train hard. Yes, the zenkai boost and SSJ forms are genetic, but his strongest technique comes from his skill and discipline, not Saiyan genes.
