My main account got banned due to a false positive (see 1st screenshot), and my second account has no ban detected at all (see 2nd screenshot). Both accounts are on the same BattleNet platform. I want to believe that, but what about the people affected by these false positive bans? Don't we have the right to recover our accounts? Look at @EriKBooM_ for example — he was hit by a false positive ban and got unbanned immediately because he was listened to. But when it comes to regular players, you do nothing and don't listen. My main accounts (1 Battle.net, 3 Steams) were wiped. This is a FALSE POSITIVE. I was live, showing my gameplay to everyone. 🎥 Pros like @EriKBooM suffered the exact same false positive bans. Because of their status, they were heard and unbanned. But what about us, the "regular" loyal players? We spend thousands of hours and support #TeamRicochet, only to be stabbed in the back by a bug in the system. I am 100% against cheating. It has no place in the game. But banning innocent, dedicated players is just as bad. My tickets are ignored by automated bots.
