As I said yesterday you can enjoy Carricks wins without disrespecting Amorim, he had us playing one of the nicest football we have ever played post Ferguson, Carrick is just lucky with producing results else Amorim ball was a vibe.
@Smardyteen@UnitedStandMUFC Yes, but he is not incredible. Like he is not prime De gea yet. will get there, but he looks so good because we had onanna. If he was on par with player of season, he had to save us on Newcastle, Aston villa or someother games by pulling out great saves. He is just a good GK
@UnitedStandMUFC Bruno has been in his best version this season bt i'd say lammens.....that guy's consistency game in game out should be studied
He's won us alot of points when our defending has been pathetic
@Cantonadevils I believe if we truly went for what Amorim wanted to do and supported him fully, he would make united a giant in a year or two. Next summer, we wont even know who we should buy coz we dont know who will our manager be
Amorim drew against wolves while losing most of his squad players and united fans came for his head.
Ignoring the fact that he beat them with a full squad 4:1.
Something Liverpool, Arsenal and Aston Villa couldn’t do despite having a full squad.
@vendetta1400@VonLudowika@s_m_marandi And "just might" 🤞. But remember ur nuclear and missle capabilities are your national asset, whether this government stay or go. Needless to say, airstrike never lead to regime change
@deSlidingTackle@VonLudowika@s_m_marandi We have been facing the bitter truth for so long. No one has a fairy tale vision of a war. People are ready to sacrifice their lives in this war, if and only if, it destroys this regime of child-killer, blood-sucker fanatics. So the future generations might live in freedom.
@vendetta1400@VonLudowika@s_m_marandi I know the region very well as i lived there for a long time. This time, I hope a war happen so that u iranians face the bitter truth. I dont like to see people sufffer, but unfortunately this will happen one way or another
@deSlidingTackle@VonLudowika@s_m_marandi Do you find Iranians illiterate so that they can’t read history or understand the news?! Or do you think you know more about OUR neighbors? You are the one who doesn’t understand that the main reason for what happened in the mentioned countries was Islamic regime and its proxies!
@VonLudowika@vendetta1400@s_m_marandi I think irsnisn dont understsnd the compöexity of the dituation, they hate so much this government that anything is better. But they havent seen Afghanistan Syria Iraq etc. This time just a war might and just might reveal who is on iranian people side
Statement from #mufc: 'Manchester United prides itself on being an inclusive and welcoming club. Our diverse group of players, staff and global community of supporters, reflect the history and heritage of Manchester; a city that anyone can call home.
'Since launching All Red All Equal in 2016, we have embedded equality, diversity and inclusion into everything we do. We remain deeply committed to the principles and spirit of that campaign. They are reflected in our policies but also in our culture and are reinforced by our holding of the Premier League's Advanced Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Standard.
'Over the course of this season, we have participated in events and initiatives at our men's and women's games marking mental health, LGBTQ+ inclusion, No Room for Racism, violence against women and girls and homophobic chanting. We have also celebrated our supporters' clubs' events, including our Disabled Supporters' Association's Christmas Party and our Jewish Supporters' Club's Chanukah event.
'In the weeks and months ahead, we will be supporting further initiatives in these areas.
'This all sits alongside the incredible work which the Manchester United Foundation undertakes in and around Manchester on a daily basis.
'Manchester United reflects the unity and resilience of all the communities we are so privileged to represent.
'We will continue to represent our people, our city and our fans with purpose and pride.'
Ruben Amorim made Manchester United a much better side vs last season. From Bottom 5 Attacking side to Top 3 Attacking side. He brought in Lammens, Dorgu, Sesko, Mbeumo & Cunha. All of them have improved the side significantly.
His "only" issue was poor in game subsitution, too cautious and unable to kill the game.
@ManYernited@utdreport@StevenRailston We need a fast winger, Garnacho was fine if his attitude wasnt bad. But Barcola is not fast and not adding anything to Cunha.
For CDM, I'd go with Anderson Stiller.
And we will keep Shaw till the end of contract. coz We are Yanaited
#mufc are expected to strengthen in midfield and on the left wing in the summer transfer window. United will be active at the end of the season [@StevenRailston]
@utdreport@StevenRailston That's 85 mil for Anderson, 65 for Stiller, and 80 mil for a winger like Diomonde.
Maguire, Zirkzee, Ugarte, shaw and mount will stay if we are in Europe and sell all the loans. Slow but steady improvement going forward.
The year after that, we should bring CF, CB , LB, RB.
@UnitedStandMUFC Yes, Casemiro, Lammens and Mbeumo have changed the way we approach the game and react to certain things. Bruno is always there. Shaw is consistent now, and Amad and Cunha cannot be ignored. Deligt and Dorgu , Maguire whilst available were decent. That's why we are in top 4 now
@LFC_Tandy You Forgot Declan Rice, but Should say in addition to him, Semenyo and Bruno , and Gabriel has been incredible. And idk why you put 4 liverpool players?
@CharZiyanah Ugarte Jumps too much and two fast to the players even when defending. If you have a Casemiro like player in the pitch and need to protect your goals having an Ugarte is blessing. Otherwise, it doesn't work. Bring in Anderson, and then Ugarte will show his worth
Ugarte isn’t Casemiro, but when Case puts on a masterclass like that, it’s a pretty high bar. They are both very different players.
There were times our midfield was far too open before Ugarte came on and Fulham slid through us easily.
‘Ugarte comes on and we concede 2 goals’…. Well, we conceded 6 minutes before he came on, but luckily it was offside.
As for the actual goals: Mainoo and Mbeumo were either side of Sander Berge as he waltzed through midfield and played the pass in to Jimenez un-pressured and then Maguire gives away the pen. As for the second, credit goes to Kevin as it was a beautiful strike.
Chucking a player under the bus for simply not being Casemiro, when we will have to rely on him this season, and when half the fanbase are defending the boards decision to not sign a DM this January, is counterintuitive. If there’s one thing we don’t need, it’s mentally broken players. And if there’s one thing we do, it’s pressure on the board to recruit.
Juventus must Hire Ruben Amorim, and Amorim should offer himself to them. Their players exactly what Amorim needs. Only one or two players away from his perfect system.
What happened to Ayden Heavens game time.
How can Maguire be starting ahead Heaven.
Heaven has dropped consistent performances as a top Centerback and all of a sudden he is being dropped.
How can Martinez be Heaven Competition, what is Maguire doing starting ahead of Heaven.
Maguire is not better than Ayden Heavens at Centerback. Carrick is already having favorites.
@Onesmus1041454@UnitedStandMUFC I agree that now Mainoo playing in midfield, Cunha and Sesko are going come off the pitch, but Amorim's first team player was Cunha, and he was not willing to sacrifice that for a 20 yo Mainoo, whos positioning was not good in that system. Might be greate in 4-2-3-1 tho
@Onesmus1041454@UnitedStandMUFC Firstly, in the wide CB positions, we needed rotations , as the players had to cover lots of grass and tactical changes required (Attacking CBs vs Defending CBs). secondly, we simply had no attacking players on the bench with Afcon and injuries.
Carrick asked about midfield signings with Casemiro leaving at the end of the season: "Listen, I'm certainly in this position to do that, making decisions for the club moving forward, whatever that may be, I'm fully committed to that. Naturally as a midfielder, there are tendencies towards that anyway, but taking that away from it, and the position I'm in now, I'll certainly be a big part of those conversations. It's important we get the next step right." #mufc
@samuelluckhurst That is not on Amorim, we got Mbeumo and Amad back and we got lucky City and Arsenal playing 3 days in the nidst of the winter and not on form
Incredible what a difference two weeks makes. United fans taking their time getting home in Kings Cross area and rightly savouring a fabulous win. A mate said the away end at Arsenal was the best since 2009 SF. Early days still but mood the polar opposite of post-Brighton. #mufc
Sources close to Ole Gunnar Solskjær say he wants to "rewrite the mistakes" after his past tenure and would even work at the club for free [@SullyTalkz]
