@dominikzogg Your understanding is correct and we treat any status other than 0 (or not given) as an error. So if you sent a status of 1 we would treat that as the job having errored.

@DeadMansSnitch I am not sure if i get it. So if i push within time, but another status than 0, is that a success or not? Cause in my understanding the only success code in cli is 0.

@DeadMansSnitch Hi, is there a way to see the message and the status pushed via a snitch? I can only see that it was triggered so far, but no details.

The Admin interface and API are back online. Our check-in handling and alerting were not affected by the outage. We are happy to report that no snitches received stitches today

@linkusdamaskus We currently show one per interval on the activity view, regardless of how many check-ins you have during that interval. We will have more detail and more intervals in the not-too-distant future.

@DeadMansSnitch I like the idea. However what would have been nice is to see all the historical messages of my snitch in a list, any chance you could add that?

@DeadMansSnitch Hi guys! Would love to use your product, but right now just starting out my first commercial project and can't justify another $5 per month. Have you considered having a "super-small" free package for us wanting to try out your product for our small projects? :)

@JonSchneider Gotcha. We try to remove outliers like that but it depends on what % are outside the normal bounds. We can lock it to report at a specific time if it hasn’t checked in by that point as well. Can you reach out through in-app support and share the Snitch? I can take a closer look

@DeadMansSnitch Thanks for the suggestion! The challenge in this case is when we notice the job didn't run on the 1st, we manually re-run it later; which generates a DMS ping after the 1st; which seems to cause Smart Snitch to think it's normal for the job to run after the 1st.

@deadmanssnitch, good morning! My company has an existing DMS account (since 2015!). We have a job that runs in the early morning on the 1st of each month. It's important that we be notified promptly that same day if the job didn't run. Is there a DMS setting to achieve this?

@DeadMansSnitch Hi there, experiencing any problems at the moment? All of our snitches are reporting no check-ins... all at once, different systems... which is a bit weird.

@themightychris Sorry for the trouble! We just rolled out a quick fix. Have them give it another try and let us know if you’re still having trouble.

@themightychris Digging through logs and it looks like our bot detection was tripped because the request came from EC2 (either proxied or by VPN). We’ll have a fix out shortly.
