@Shawhelp I've also change the Ethernet cord between the router and the modem but am sill getting pings around 400+ms

@Shawhelp I've connected directly to the router and was getting pings at around 100ms. Pings within the local network are around 1ms

@Shawhelp this is happening on both wifi and ethernet connected computers. We use Apple routers as our modem has no router capabilities.
