Imagine lumping Omadino, Obodo, Ubeji, Egbokodo, Ifie, Ijalla, and Aja-Etan all into ONE ward! Places that can together stand as their own constituency, or easily form 4 to 5 solid wards. What about Alder Town/Daudu? What about Edukugho, Fugbe (Merogun) and Odion? 😂 See ehn, INEC is mad! In Warri South alone we have more than enough population and settlements to create over 15 wards. This is pure suppression!

My wife cheated and walked away from our family.But it didn’t last. He kicked her out, and now she has nothing.Our kids live with me, and they’re hurting watching their mother struggle. I got a small tattoo on my breast, which I did myself. My husband only noticed it later that night, around 10:30pm, when we were about to sleep. He became very angry and sent me out of the house over that small tattoo. Even when our neighbours and landlord tried to beg him, he refused to listen. He pushed me out and forced me to leave the house close to 11pm. I had nowhere to go, so I ended up spending the night at a church vigil on our street. I later contacted the tattoo artist about removing it, but he said it’s risky to do so now because it’s still fresh. He advised me to wait for about two months before removal. When I explained this to my husband, he told me to go and stay at my parents’ house for those two months. My parents have tried calling him to settle things, but he has refused to pick their calls. Right now, I honestly don’t know what to do anymore.

'I met her when she was 6 months pregnant. She told me the baby's father was married & he dumped her when she refused to terminate the pregnancy. I took care of her until she gave birth. I paid thousands for her to give birth at a private hospital, cause there were complications. I even had to borrow more money from people cause what I had at the moment wasn't enough, as we had emergencies twice. The first was for her to give birth when complications occurred. Normally, I was prepared for that one, just in case, but what I wasn't prepared for was the one where we needed to save the baby. I rushed around & borrowed from good friends again. I paid that debt gradually for almost 8 months since my provision shop business hadn't been doing well. She has been staying with me ever since then & I take care of her & the baby. Since her grandmother, whom she lived with, isn't that strong & vibrant anymore & she's an orphan, I thought it wise to have her come to my place. My plan was to save enough money so we could open a small tomato business for her in order for her to start earning something & helping herself & the child, while I saved up for her bride price so we could start building our lives together. The baby is now one & a half years old. & Every weekend i try as much as possible to take us to a shoprite or any nice restaurant to have fun even though i make very little from my business but i do just to please her so she catches fun. Now, out of the blue, the baby's father wants to be part of the baby's life. I was not comfortable with it, but I understand he's the father. But shockingly, last month she told me she still loves the guy & she's leaving me for him. Even before telling me this, she's been seeing him, & worse, she's currently carrying a second child for him, even though she's been very protective & avoiding me getting her pregnant. I've knelt, I've cried, I've pleaded for her to stay with me. I love this girl so much. I believe we all make mistakes cuz no one is perfect. I was willing to forgive her & accept the second child as mine without the biological father knowing of its existence, but she had told him about the pregnancy already even before she told me. Basically, she dumped me—a guy who took care of her and was busy saving money for bride price to be a side chick again to someone who dumped her when she needed him the most, cuz the guy has promised her marriage. I don't want to lie, I'm more disappointed than hurt. We made so many plans for the future & I was looking forward to spending the rest of my life with her. I'm 38 years old. At this stage, I doubt I'll ever be with another woman.'

It is a great injustice to us for a Christian religious leader, that Pastor Ezekiel, to refer to our Creator as a “bloodsucking demon” (A’uzubillah). Such a statement is extremely offensive and the highest forms of provocation against the beliefs of billions of Muslims. For years, this pastor has repeatedly made statements that provoke the Muslim community, seemingly hoping to trigger a reaction that he could later exploit for sympathy, asylum claims and financial support from Western audiences. Despite these provocations, Muslims have chosen the path of restraint and have refused to give him the attention he has been looking for. Now resorting to insulting the Almighty crosses the dangerous line. While I am confident he will not get the reaction he desires, it is still important that our security authorities take note and caution him against such reckless and inflammatory utterances.
