Dearborn STEM Academy senior capstone projects allow students to deeply examine a topic that interests them, in alignment with their course of study. The Capstone topics of students in the HLS pathway ranged from forensic science to challenges in nursing.

BU Community Relations staff delivered microscopes donated by @BUMedicine to the @dearbornSTEM, @OBryantSchool and New Mission High School.  We hope this equipment will make the transition into a college lab even easier for these @bostonschools students. #proudtobu

Congratulations to Gabe, Gilmara, Destiny, and Franklin, who finished 2nd in the BUILD Business Plan Competition! @BUILDNational is an entrepreneurship program for high school students that teaches them the skills they need to launch their own businesses.

Dearborn Early College Kick-off (DECK) launched this summer! DECK is a collaboration between Dearborn and FC Tech designed to accelerate student academic progress such that they can complete an Associate's degree, at no cost to them, at the time of their high school graduation.

But Aisha knew she wanted to pursue something outside of Nursing. Through her #EarlyCollege experience and other work-based learning experiences @DearbornSTEM, she found a passion for working and researching in a lab, motivating her to pursue Pharmaceutical Science! (3/7)
