I got over my fear today and did some qigong outside before my walk so I don't disturb my downstairs neighbors. not only was it not as scary as I thought, but my walk was really nice afterwards.

Do cardio, drink your water, eat well and enough to sustain your energy, and LIFT. If you don't wanna lift weights, there's always bodyweight fitness like calisthenics, which is the route I'm going for. Exercise for your body, mental, and heart health. Exercise for a long life.

Society doesn't even care about actual genuine health bc if it did, it would encourage women to weight train, lift weights, EAT WELL. It cares about aesthetics only. Theres nothing wrong with wanting to look good but what's it worth when you can't even walk in your 70s?

@equusjf Yes, kids/teens/young adults are occasionally kind of annoying in public but people have taken it as a reason to ban them from public spaces which is creating its own crisis of them having nowhere to congregate
