କାଲି ଗୋଟିଏ ଦୋକାନ ରେ କିଛି ସାମଗ୍ରୀ କିଣିଲାବେଳେ ଦୁଇଜଣ କଲେଜ ପୋଷାକ ପିନ୍ଧିଥିବା ଝିଅ ମୋ ପାଖରେ ଠିଆ ହୋଇ ଜିନିଷ କିଣୁଥିଲେ ଓ ପରସ୍ପର ସହ ହିନ୍ଦୀ ରେ ଗପିଚାଲିଥିଲେ। ତାଙ୍କର ହିନ୍ଦୀ ଗପ ବନ୍ଦ ହେଉନଥିଲା କିନ୍ତୁ ଦେଖିଲେ କାହିଁ ମତେ ଆଭାସ ହେଲା ସେ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ବୋଲି। ତାଙ୍କୁ ପଚାରିଦେଲି , ଆପଣ ଦୁଇଜଣ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ନା? ହସିଲେ ଦୁଇଜଣ ଆଉ କହିଁଲେ ହଁ। ମୁଁ କହିଲି ତାହାଲେ ହିନ୍ଦୀ ରେ କାହିଁ କଥା ହେଉଛ? ଓଡ଼ିଆ ରେ କଥା ହେବା ପାଇଁ ଲାଜ ଲାଗୁଛି କି? ଓଡ଼ିଆ "କୁଲ " ନୁହେଁ ବୋଧେ? ହସିକିରି ତାଙ୍କ ଭିତରୁ ଜଣେ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଲା, "ନାହିଁ ନାହିଁ ସେ କଥା ନୁହେଁ, ମୁଁ ପିଲାଦିନୁ ରାଉରକେଲା ରେ ବଢ଼ିଛି ତ, ଭଲ ଓଡ଼ିଆ କହି ଜାଣିନି। " ମାନେ ରାଉରକେଲା କଣ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ବାହାରେ କି? ରାଉରକେଲା ଯେବେ ମୁଁ ଯାଇଥିଲି ମତେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଠୁ ବେଶୀ ହିନ୍ଦୀ ରେ ଲେଖା ଦେଖା ହୋଇଥିଲା, କିନ୍ତୁ କାଲି ଏହି କଥା ବାର୍ତା ପରେ ମତେ ଲାଗୁଛି ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଭାଷା ର କିଛି ଅସ୍ତିତ୍ୱ ନାହିଁ ଆଉ ରାଉରକେଲା ରେ। ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ରେ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଭାଷା ର ଏହି ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ଦେଖି ଭାରି ଦୁଃଖ ଲାଗୁଛି। ବୋଧେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ହିଁ ଏକା ଏମିତିଆ ବିରଳ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଯେଉଁଠି ନିଜ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଚେତାଇବାକୁ ପଡ଼ୁଛି, ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଭାଷା କୁ ସମ୍ମାନ ଦିଅନ୍ତୁ! 😔 ରାଉରକେଲା ବାସି କଣ କହିବେ ଏହି ଘଟଣା କୁ ନେଇ? #Odisha #Odia

@sofiafirdous1 Although a state cannot legally restrict its tax revenue from being shared nationally, it remains an important issue to examine what percentage of central taxes is collected from Odisha compared to how much Odisha receives back through Budget.
