Always hesitant to be tweeting these things, it's the kind of thing most of the public just assume happened decades ago. But but providing access and sharing data across multiple agencies of health and social care is tricky and takes sustained effort.

@debbie7947 @GreyingGeekJohn Thank you Debbie. I think this often too, I wouldn’t be doing any of this work had William have survived, or maybe I would to still improve his journey. One things for sure is that if we all work together we can prevent another mum having to endure this x
