@British_Airways @lmckend It’s not intermittent. It’s not working. So instead of telling us that you know about it. How about posting an actual update and get your IT team to help you by telling you when it going to be fixed.

Today someone asked me what’s the *one* thing you would do to radially improve the state of digital in the NHS, and I boringly answered that it’s such a complex challenge there isn’t one thing but I’d probably start with people and skills. What should I have said instead?

@ianroddis Great point. I find the term BAU unhelpful as it tends to be regarded as the end of an activity. I would argue that change/continuous improvement should be normal activity and part of our “usual business”

Why do people get so hung up on BAU vs change? It's part of a continuum - today's BAU is yesterday's change, today's change is tomorrow's BAU. It's one big backlog that needs prioritisation.
