I'm so concerned about the #NHSCrisis that I wrote to my MP Philip Davies asking him to urge the government to act, particularly on social care. I thought the voters of #Bingley #Saltaire & #Shipley would like to read his response and I do hope they remember it at the next GE.

@LynPaul6 Please have it. COVID is on the increase and just as nasty as it ever was. Our health service is struggling to cope. Risks minimal and you protect yourself and your loved ones from the disease and it’s complications

@padsbigsis Part of one of the smallest. Yes, we have undergone similar reorganisation and much less clinical input, especially from primary care. A big challenge to try and address.

As someone working in the largest ICS, interested to hear whether those of you in smaller ones are undergoing the same level of restructuring/rearranging/role changes? Is it the same across all of them? #NHSstaffing

There are 2 hospital Drs for every GP The work is very different but numbers of GPs are falling whilst hospital Drs rising Work from hospital clinics / discharges is increasingly being passed to GPs This cannot continue The is no spare capacity in GP
