@smithbarryc @DoctorChrisVT I listened (more than once) to the audio book and so v impressed by scholarship and breadth. Moreover was fab fun to listen to! Will also be buying a hard copy as essential reference. Note also new Bmj nut contribution from monteiro on upf food labelling.

Summer allowed me to get all the way through Ultra-Processed People by @DoctorChrisVT Wow! Great scholarship and still a compelling read. Read several sections more than once to retain the critical insights. Such an important contribution. Please don’t just buy it. Read it all
