Typically, the GT’s will report to Associates who are in their late 20’s or early 30’s at most.
You don’t want to create problems employing 30+ people to be reporting to these associates.
Some of the Associates will find it more difficult to manage them, some of the GT’s won’t be easily teachable because of pride.
