All rail traffic departing and arriving in Baltinore (BAL) has been halted due to local municipal officials placing a hold on the tracks while investigating an unauthorized vehicle on the tracks, with no estimated delay time. We are working to establish a delay time and will provide an update when received.

1) currency appreciation assumes no retaliation or disproportionately smaller retaliation from other countries.
2) Even then, it offsets only 30-50% of the tariff cost.
3) Even then, it means our exports are more expensive to other countries, harming our manufacturing.
