I’m humbled and deeply honoured to have been elected as the next Archbishop of the Anglican Diocese of Melbourne. It’s been a profound privilege and joy to serve @dioceseoflondon, and @churchofengland, working alongside so many faithful leaders to see the Church grow and thrive. Louie and I are so grateful for the love and support we’ve received, and we look ahead with faith and hope as we prepare for this next chapter to serve the people and parishes of the Diocese of Melbourne. Please keep us in your prayers as we prepare to step into this new season later in the year, with hearts full of gratitude and a deep trust in God’s leading.

My lovely mum passed away peacefully in Birmingham on the 20th September - exactly 43 years to the day since my dad died. The funeral will take place this Wednesday. She was a blessing to many and an inspiration to many more. Giving thanks to God for her and the joy she brought.
